So a one star was the least I could give, but I do not give not even a one star to the Greenville location of Realo drugs. I do not know how someone can hire a manager/boss, Brian, who is so rude and unprofessional and degrading to people that come in the store. I have never in my life experienced such a low class of a person running a business of this degree. I have been using Realo Drugs since January 2025, so about 6 months. The staff are very professional and helpful. They answer all my questions and are very patient with me. I really appreciate that they have a drive thru, they can also deliver within reason.
Brian & his staff are excellent to work with.
Their pharmacy team is rude as hell. One of them answered the phone (a man) and rushed me off They don’t like to do their job. Horrible team. How about hiring nice people who like other humans and want to help them. I see why people don’t like this pharmacy.
