I always experience very thorough Prescription refills, and there's always someone available to answer any questions or help Solve any issues I may have.. The straff at Realo Pharmacy in Cape Carteret go above and beyond every time I'm so glad I changed my pharmacy.
Pharmacist was very ugly to me and my wife to us in a time of need we will be taking our business somewhere else.
I wish I could give zero stars. My 1 year old needs his heart failure prescriptions compounded and this is the only compound pharmacy near us. I’ve called them 2 times to have his prescriptions refilled since we’ve been out of the hospital and both times they are clueless and don’t have his prescriptions ready or even called into be compounded. This is even after I give them 2 weeks notice ahead of time so we DONT RUN OUT. This pharmacy desperately needs new management. They do not have any sense of compassion or urgency for... read more
