Parking lot smells strongly of urine. probably because they don't allow small children to use the bathroom
Been using Realo a long time. Prices are higher and higher. Just learned through Good RX I can get my thyroid medication for 4.00!!!! Realo charged 35.00!!! That’s a lot of difference!!! By the way anyone can use good rx
Go to any Realo besides this one. I have been going here since I was little and yet they are constantly on back order of my medicine. They recently didn't have enough of my prescription to fill so they only gave me half and proceed to refuse to refill the rest for me unless I paid cash even though they already billed my insurance. Always something with my order. Finally switching pharmacies today.
nasty women works the counter. Pharmacist Chris is an AROGANT Non Friendly self rightous A hole. Left over year ago. Harris Teeter's Pharmacy is friendly, helpful and extremely nice to deal with. If you want attitude and poor customer service Realo is the choice for you.

The worst ever .... communication Sucks , then they said insurance doesn’t cover the home unit “and it does she has 2 insurances , the Best part of all they said they won’t make any money so it would be best that she buys the home unit Lol , so we went with another company and she is “COVERED “at 100% my mother is 91 years old ,I don’t recommend this company at ALL.. No stars from me.............
