I have used Realo for years... service is good.
They made a serious error on dosing. It could have placed me in cardiac failure and then lacked the customer service skills to correct it when given the opportunity. We returned to the pharmacy that has been really reliable in filling my families scripts correctly for over a decade. Really recommend Realo on Pritchard road.
I use to love this pharmacy. Now you call in a precription in a day or 5 or 6 hours ahead and get there and it is not DONE. Always some lame excuse. Today is my last day using this pharmacy and this taking away at least 8 monthly prescriptions are losing from my family due to me having a special needs child.
Caring staff. Personal attention. They work very hard to get your prescription to you quickly all the while making sure it's safe. Prices are very good.
