I've always heard that you should check your prescription after being filled and now I've learned the hard way. I only received half of the 20 pills that I was supposed to and I didn't realize until I ran out on day 5 (2 per day). I called to straighten out the situation and after I explained, was put on hold. Ten minutes later, the tech picks up and says, "ma'am, just give me one more second, I was, um.... something." Wow. Super professional. All the Realo's are great pharmacies. We will be moving soon and that is the one thing I'll miss is having a pharmacy like Realo. They treat you like family and go above and beyond to help you. I feel badly if I hear of a bad experience at Realo because it's hard to imagine one taking place with Realo. Thanks to all the Realo staff at Henderson/Yopp Road

I will never step foot in this Henderson Drive location again due to the two male pharmacists ...when you are suffering from chronic conditions that require "controlled" medications,the last thing on earth you need is to be inaccurately judged or told to stay away from the medications that you are prescribed by actual neurologists!!
