Realnet property management is a scam and fraud. They rent properties that are not up to code in most cases they all about the money. If I could give zero stars I would very rude racist people they don't respond to complaints or concerns trying to speak with them is like beating a dead horse of course they will deny all things and claim to have this paperwork well I have paperwork as well show that I was defrauded they rented me a property that had code violations etc..... beware of these crooks if you desperately need a pla... read more
After the experience I've had with This Company, I AM LIVID. They are extremely RACIST and has The absolute Worst Customer Service. Not to mention An employee himself said to my face that he does not care about providing good customer service, does not care if I make this rev iew and does not care if I contact the BBB. Mrs ***** applied to rent a property that we manage. She was unfortunately not approved to rent the property. This denial has nothing to do with race, color, religion, sex, age, origin, or any other discriminatory practice. it was based on her monthly income which did not meet our stands. She then came down to our office, which is closed due to COVID-19.
