I wouldn’t wish dealing with Hilda Matthews on my worst enemy. Communication was always a nightmare—getting in touch was extremely difficult, and when I did, she was just rude and completely unhelpful.
Currently dealing with waiting for the approval of an apartment managed by very inefficient people that are delaying my process of moving and right now possibly facing homelessness because they just haven't decided to move on my insurance policy for no reason. I'm not getting any help and this company doesn't seem to do their jobs properly or care about the people that are paying to get their background check done to lease an apartment
Your office is closed - your phone number rings to a call center in Columbia. You offer no email to communicate with. You threaten to fine owners if tenants move in early but you can’t keep your office open and you have no one to speak with. Not fair to make it this hard to apply to a community.
