Simply a great place to live in Brisbane. Super modern apartments with stunning city and river views. The management and community staff (Isabella, Elecia, Maddison, Wendo and in the past Zein) were always responsive, supportive and kind. They clearly care for the community to thrive. There are lots fun events (yoga, pilates, gym to name a few) and top notch amenities (gym, pool, spa, sauna, bbq, theater, rooftop, etc). Maintenance is top notch too - shout out to Kim. We'll miss this place and community!
The experience at Realm has been amazing, the facilities, apartments, experience and team have all been amazing. Im so sad to leave this apartment, everything is modern, always clean and kept up to a amazing standard. Elecia has made the move in, move out and living process here in Australia so smooth and easy and is really kind and helpful with all questions we had and always went out of her way to help us, we’d love to stay at Realm forever if we could.
I had a wonderful experience living at Realm. The entire apartment is new, modern, and beautifully maintained. The management team is very responsible — they always replied to my emails promptly and communication was smooth and helpful throughout my stay. We have absolutely loved our time living at REALM. From day one, Wendo and his entire team have been nothing short of exceptional. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made the building feel like home for our family, even with the added complexity of living on the 20th floor with a dog. We had a wonderful experience living at REALM Apartments. The location is incredibly convenient — just a short walk over the pedestrian bridge across the Brisbane River and you’re in the CBD. Public transport, shops, and amenities are all close by, making day-to-day life very easy. The apartment itself was modern, well maintained, and very comfortable. It truly felt like home.
