I had a wonderful experience living at Realm. The entire apartment is new, modern, and beautifully maintained. The management team is very responsible — they always replied to my emails promptly and communication was smooth and helpful throughout my stay. The building is very quiet at night and feels extremely safe. The neighbours are polite, friendly, and respectful, which made the environment even more pleasant. We had a wonderful experience living at REALM Apartments. The location is incredibly convenient — just a short walk over the pedestrian bridge across the Brisbane River and you’re in the CBD. After almost four years living at Realm Kangaroo Point I can say it has been a wonderful experience. The staff are amazing, warm and friendly , always helpful and eager to please. The facilities at first class with a spa and BBQ kitchen on the roof and an exceptional appointed gym on the ground floor and list goes on, there is so many things I’ll miss but most of all it’s the community and the friends that you make in the building the rooftop catch ups and Sunday sessions
Thank you for providing such a great apartment for my teenage daughter and I to live in over the last 9 months. We loved Realm and the Kangaroo Point area and feel a bit sad to have handed over the keys at the end of our lease, but also happy to be home in our newly renovated house.
