REALITY PPL ARE THIEVES. If you don’t want to get straight up robbed don’t go here. The poeple at reality are thieves. I own a gen 1 hyabusa. When I first rode my busa it ran fine but after getting it it had some issues. My bike was spitting and sputtering and wouldn’t take oof from zero without revving it to about 5k rpm. Still have stuff on the order but staff is very helpful
A couple no call no shows to pick up my bike to service it after they set the appointments. No return texts or calls. Very disappointing. I'd rather be told to go kick rocks than be stood up and ignored. Edit: understand I was angry at the moment. 2 different days I was at work with a BMW motorcycle in my driveway with the keys in it and nobody home to guard it.
