Still have stuff on the order but staff is very helpful
A couple no call no shows to pick up my bike to service it after they set the appointments. No return texts or calls. Very disappointing. I'd rather be told to go kick rocks than be stood up and ignored. Edit: understand I was angry at the moment. 2 different days I was at work with a BMW motorcycle in my driveway with the keys in it and nobody home to guard it. Got my dirt bike engine completely rebuilt by these guys, and all i can say is wow! The front desk ladies were very polite and respectful. They answered all my questions i had. The guys in the back fixing the bike did a fantastic job! called in and was able to get in immediately and they had parts and fixed it up within a week. The bike is running great and havnt had any problems with it since. Great shop and great people!
