Barb did an amazing job when I took my brother in for his first piercing. She also helped me with my own piercing I was having issues with from another establishment in a different state. What was amazing is I didn't feel like I was just another person in line like most places I have gone to. It was by appointment and Barb really took the time to make sure everything was clean, correctly placed with the appropriate jewelry, and provided clear education on aftercare. Barb was professional, efficient, and very welcoming. She provided helpful tips and guidance throughout the process, and the shop was clean and well-maintained. I had a great experience and will definitely return for another piercing.
