I got him to repair my rotten band sill an floor joist. It was approx. 50 ft of band sill him an his help knocked it out quickly an kept the jobsite clean while the work was going on. Didnt charge me as much as the other estimates I got. They even went above an beyond an patch the cracked sheet rock in the house which wasn't in his quote. I'd definitely recommend to anyone needing repairs done to your house
