It took me 5 days finally found out that they did not have an available unit to rent out but Seldin company scam every website advertised as they have an unit. I visited that property more than 5 times called, left message, emailed no responses. The leasing office is always locked. They even put the flyer for lease in the front of yard. Why?? What a waste of my time and money!!! I am coming from out of state and I paid a chuck of money to stay at motel to find an apartment. I heard the Cedar Rapids is such a sweat city.... read more

Beware of the property manger named Linda she is racist and is trying to remove everyone of color in these units! Have lived within this property for +10 years and always has been good to us up until recently. Plus over years this area is no longer as safe as is use to be but beyond that maintenance is HORRIBLE. Our hot water constantly goes out, neighbors have infested us with bugs, landlord shows up with warnings and new rules weekly, and whenever we call to have things repaired they ignore us or do not show up. Stay away from this company. We recently leased from Tuscany Apartments in Papillion NE. The staff there is completely incompetent! Unfortunately the only two staff that ever knew how to do their job and actually worked were transferred to another apartment community. Not only does the staff ignore you but they are rude no matter what concern that you bring to them. Upon moving out be ready to be irrationally charged for damage that you did not cause but they will blame on you so that they can charge you to replace the carpe... read more
