This review isn’t so much about the gym (probably 2.5 stars if I was solely rating their equipment), but their atrocious customer service. I took off my wedding band during a workout (stupid, I know) and it fell out of my pocket. I didn’t realize this until I got home. I contacted RealFit to see if anybody turned it in. No response, no assistance, no care. 24 hours later I got a text from what appeared to be a human saying they’d check with their trainers to see if someone turned it in. It’s been crickets. Management claims 24/7 service, but you're not going to be able to get ahold of a human. The chatbot didn't help me with what I'm trying to do. Conveniently don't have any contact information in the "Contact" section of their website. Update: It's been 5 days and they still have not gotten in contact with me. I've called numerous times at different times of the day.

Fantastic gym environment. Great equipment. Super easy to sign up and just go in. Love it

Club needs to repair the machines faster teenagers and adults alike are allowed to slam the weights down and rock the place, machines sit broken for weeks, the club is overpriced for what it offers , planet fitness is a far better deal
