2 stars because at the actual real estate transaction wasn't nuked despite very little warning or lead time provided to us about the final payment. Oh yeah, you might also have to email and call their office every week and STILL wait 70+ days to get your "credit" that they offer if you leave an online review. They'll be completely unapologetic and act like you're the one being unreasonable. That's if you leave a 5 star! Might not even get it if you leave anything less. Not a great experience.
All of the Real Estate Lawyers.ca team were excellent, with very fast and clear responses. Very easy to recommend the team.
