I had a very disappointing experience with Mat Suckling from Realco at an inspection on Saturday. The property I inspected didn't have a downstairs bedroom, which is an important requirement for me. As I was leaving, I asked Mat whether any of the other properties in the development had a downstairs bedroom. He confirmed that some did, so I asked what price range those properties would be. Rather than giving me an indicative price, Mat repeatedly asked me to disclose my maximum budget. I explained that I wasn't prepared to t... read more
My husband and I were very impressed by Mat's genuine passion to market and present our property to receive a positive outcome. As we are located in Sydney and the property is in Melbourne we relied on Mat's advice and expertise to take care of all aspects of the sale process for us. We were kept 100% up to date every step of the way. Basically our property was sold in a very tough market, and I'm not sure if this result would have been achieved without Mat's services.
**The Best Real Estate Professionals I've Ever Worked With** I rarely take the time to write reviews, but Ellie and Chris absolutely deserve one. After many years of renting, buying, and dealing with numerous real estate agencies across Melbourne, I can confidently say they are the most genuine, professional, and trustworthy agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From our very first interaction, it was clear that they genuinely care about people—not just the transaction. Their communication is exceptional, they... read more
I engaged Mat as the selling agent while acting as vendor advocate for my client’s home. Mat is an outstanding agent — knowledgeable, strategic, and highly professional. He created a tailored marketing strategy that suited the area and my client’s specific needs perfectly. His attention to detail was exceptional, with hands-on guidance on staging and the best photo angles. Mat followed up leads professionally, provided accurate feedback, and achieved a terrific sale price in a challenging market. Highly recommended!
Big thanks to Teresa for all her hard work getting us into our new apartment so quickly. She came through when we needed it and I can confidently recommend her and the team at Realco.
