Realco failed to deliver the level of service they advertised. Communication was unclear, and timelines kept changing without proper explanation. It felt like I was constantly chasing progress. This made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful.
I went into this rental fully prepared for the usual experience: ignored emails, mystery maintenance timelines, and inspections that feel like you’re being judged for owning a toaster. Instead, I got clear communication, prompt repairs, and a team that actually treats renters like humans. Working with Mat was brilliant from the start. He was upfront and honest with his expectations. He guided us through how it would all work. He had people ready to go for anything that needed doing (cleaning, patching, painting, etc). He took on all the work and stress for us, which made the process really simple. He then led the marketing and plan all the way to auction day. Didn't miss a beat. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone.
Teresa was extremely professional and responsible throughout the entire inspection and application process. Even though I didn’t end up renting one of her properties, the overall experience was excellent — communication was always timely, clear, and helpful. She was very patient in answering all our questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I was a tenant managed by this agency and am sharing my personal experience toward the end of my lease. I provided written notice and made it clear that I did not consent to inspections without proper notice.
