Worst experience with housing agent Ellie. We asked how to receive the key on November 19th. We were supposed to get the key on November 20th, the start of our rental, and move in our furniture that same day, but she gave us no instructions on how to pick up the key. She finally replied at 4 PM on the 20th, saying we should go to their office to pick it up, but didn’t tell us where the office was or what time we could go.
