This store is by far one of the worst experiences i've had when shopping for a gun. The customer service was piss poor, the guns were overpriced and although the staff seemed knowledgeable, they were unwelcoming at best. I was looking for a place to buy accessories and possibly a handgun, and despite the negative reviews I decided to give this place a chance. From the moment I arrived I was disappointed, the location itself was in disrepair (gravel parking, back door entrance only, shoddy carpet and creaky floors throughout). I would upload pictures but they have a "no photos" policy, the reason for which is very obvious now. When I walked in there were 2 people working, one who was entirely disinterested in everything that was going on in the store, focused only on the computer screen in front of him, and another who was helping a customer at the time, neither of whom spoke to us. Despite facing the customers and entrance, the initial employee refused to look up or even greet us as we entered, and ignored us entirely for over 20 minutes as we browsed. After 20 minutes, the other gentleman who was working, and helping a customer when we arrived, finally asked us if we would like to see any of the firearms. Only after that did the initial employee decide to get up from his desk and ask "what do you want to see". Upon handing me the firearm he offered no assistance or information, simply watched as I explained the firearm to my companion and as I attempted to inspect it he curtly interrupted to say "please don't take the gun apart" in an irritated tone. I've shopped for a lot of guns in a lot of states in a lot of different gun shops, never have i been asked not to disassemble it, at least not without the employee offering to do it for me, to ensure it was done properly, which is understandable. But none of that occurred here, I don't know how you can expect someone to purchase a firearm without being allowed to inspect it prior. The firearm selection wasn't terrible, but the service was so poor I refused to spend a dime, and will never shop here again in my life. I highly recommend you find somewhere else for your firearm needs.

They could get trained on dealing with black people . They can’t hide them racism at all . They’re so unprofessional and races. The license department should investigate their behavior among black and brown people . The environment is hassle and dangerous because the edge you on to a bad situation where they call the police on you or something bad happens ! Not a good environment for black people . If you don’t go along with their foolishness and say anything, they’ll will take the money you spent on the gun and you’ll loose around thirty percent of what you paid for the merchandise!

The employee/owner doesn't appear to want business. They answer questions with questions, providing no meaningful information and leaving customers to draw their own conclusions that they aren't welcome as a patron. The experience was disheartening to experience such blatant discrimination in 2020.
