Hi I’ve been a loyal customer here since they opened in 2014 last year Estela did my hair like she always does per usual and I’m a bleach blonde have been since coming here and she forgot to do her usual routine which is color first and then 2 weeks later bleach well this time she went in for just bleach and my hair stayed yellow she tried to correct it and my hair eventually fell completely out from the back it was sad I reached out to her and she said it was because of I’m proper car but I already knew it was from the dama... read more
Mistreated my wife. They scheduled an appointment and then then canceled without even informing her. We went for the appointment to see a sign that they weren't their, and she had to make several attempts to reschedule. Never end up rescheduling. Disappointed is the level of service.
