I purchased an SUV from them on 09/02/2025 I paid with a cashiers check and have received the run around from them on getting the title. I checked with the DMV in Georgia where we purchased and the DMV in FL where I live who advised they haven’t received anything electronically or by mail for the title transfer. They also advised that there is an electronic lien on the car through Bank of America. Buyers beware... They will offer a 90 Day Warranty on their vehicles. Complete scam. You will receive a letter for the "so called" Warranty company C.A.R.S. saying they payment was returned NSF about a week after purchasing your car. They will never make it right. So, check out the car good before buying from them. My car needed major repairs about two weeks after purchasing. I'm out an additional $1500. Horrible contact after the sale. They get your money and they are done!
We had a great experience purchasing our Tiguan. Diego did a great job! We were offered water and even met his parents. They answered all of our questions and allowed us to inspect the vehicle. Great family owned business.
