Rosie is so kind and gentle. She always does a thorough job on my underarms wax and eyebrows threading. I have very sensitive skin, which I did not have to mention to her. She knew right away, which is a huge relief for me, as most threaders cut me, and I always end up with scabs. This spoke to her experience with different skin types. Which is HUGE for me! She also always tries to fit me in when I come down from Squamish, which speaks to her kindness.
