real time is terrible. my mate had to sit outside of dialysis clinic after closing time because those idiots kept saying that they would be there in 20 minutes. terrible company. her 20 minutes came two hours later.
Nothing bad to say I have really good drivers and I am satisfied with this company and to the ones who said she was late to her sons apointment use your head schedule it a hr before the actual time and to the one who said about the driver going in and out of lanes really its all or nothing on them roads in the BIG CITIES and you have to take your chance when you can to get in another lane.
Horrible drivers! Very reckless. He didn't even stop at a red light! Highly recommend NOT using them!
The most wreckless dangerous drivers on the road. Please, if you ever see one of these mini vans that say Real Time Transport on the side...stay back....far far back. One of their drivers was seen swerving down a residential street then proceeded to cut us off 3 times in traffic. Not a company to trust with safety.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY SON HAD DR. APPT. SCHEDULED THREE MONTHS IN ADVANCE .APPT. AT 5:15 AT 6:27 DRIVER CALLS AND SAYS HE HAD A BAD DAY HE SORRY.CALL CORPORATE OFFICE AND SPEAK TO WILL AND TOLD HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL ME. ALL I CAN SAY IS THANK YOU REAL TIME TRANSPORT FOR NOTHING.GUESS I'LL WAIT ANOTHER 3 MONTHS FOR A NEW APPT.
