I am doing a review for the store based in Louisville TN. My technician was Isaiah and I would like to say he was excellent. He was patient in answering all of my questions and understanding of my dog's anxiety with having a stranger in the house. The repairs were not cheap but you get what you pay for and I feel that the price was fair.
