We have cutting edge Allegro II Balanced Body Pilates Reformers for our certified Pilates Classes and private sessions. We cater to the athletic community as well as those striving to have and keep a healthy body and mind. We now have Yoga Tues nights and Sunday late morning. Acupuncture is available now.
