The Thai massage lady had very strong pressure, she worked in the right areas but I don't know if they understand individual limits. I am quite flexible but the stretching (which is why I enjoy Thai massage) was so extreme, it's hard to say anything when you're being bent like a contortionist lol so I feel sorry for those that have stiff bodies.
