The office staff that I spoke to while looking into getting services at this clinic were nice and professional and Mr. Grigg was very helpful with providing options for my treatment. However, the abrasive way I was spoken to by their counselor Ms. Crow when she was declining to take me on as a client due to her inexperience with my diagnosis was unnecessary and upsetting. I hope that she can find a better way to express her client preferences in the future.
I am highly impressed with the services provided here. The counselor is supportive, and both the Case Manager and CBRS worker are professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. Additionally, the Peer Support Specialist demonstrates great empathy. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility for counseling and community-based services.
