I called the Real Seal about our basement foundation cracks (many) after calling 2 other well known companies in the area. Dave came out to look for the reason we’ve been getting mold and water leaking into a part of our basement. He ended up finding two large cracks in the corner of our houses foundation that were behind our drywall, sneaky! He showed us that the foundation was settling because of water from our neighbors house runs into OUR foundation wall. He proposed a foundation reinforcement that would stabilize and support our house.
