Jeff conducted an inspection and found two hidden cracks that were the primary source of our water leak. Carlos did an excellent job repairing them and explaining the process. I would definitely utilize The Real Seal again and highly recommend their services.

I called the office and Spoke with Jasmine, she was super friendly and helpful. Greg was the specialist that quoted me for 2 foundation cracks and explained the entire process from start to finish. Omar came to seal the cracks and cleaned up everything as if they were never here! Great company!
I am very satisfied with the work performed by The Real Seal. Jeff came out to give me an estimate and was also able to suggest other services that I needed. The prices were very reasonable. The guys came out on time and did a great job in the crawlspace and installing the window well. I am very please. I would highly recommend The Real Seal. Perma Seal never called me back.
