I highly recommend The Real Seal! George came out to handle our foundation repair and did an incredible job. He was professional, efficient, and walked me through the entire installation process. The whole team was a pleasure to work with.
We contracted this company to install stilts on our home, which required removal and reconnection of downspout drainage pipes. After the work was completed, we found sections of the drainage piping left exposed above ground rather than properly buried as they were prior to the project, raising concerns about freezing and potential damage in winter. This was the third time I used RealSeal for my foundation and sump pump issues. Rob was very knowledgeable and friendly explaining the procedure that was needed and the best way to fix my crack in the foundation and answered any questions I had. Carlos Z did the repair. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also explained the procedure and why this was the best way to fix it. I would highly recommend RealSeal for any foundation repair or sump pump issues.
