Never followed through. Got the run around.
From start to finish, Real Roofing was clear on what I could expect and lived up to those expectations. They communicated frequently, completed the job in a timely manner (earlier than I expected!), and did a great job overall. The roof is beautiful!
Very professional and timely response
Had the owner over to give me a quote several weeks ago. After waiting over a week to hear back, I reached out by email asking when I'll get the quote. He said he'd have it to me in a day or two. After another week of waiting, I called him. He said he'd get back to me no later than the next day. never heard back. If this is how he runs his business, I can only imagine how the actual job would go. I went with another company that actually communicates in a timely manner.
Our experience with Real Roofing rates 5 stars, excellent. Michael was great with the estimate and contract - very professional and congenial. Shawn and the crew really worked hard and knocked it out, despite temps in the 90s. We are already getting compliments from neighbors. A roofing job well done and at a good price.
