I’ve had several massages in the past and this one was the best one I’ve ever experienced! I did not know how much I needed that in my life. My hips and back and neck all feel back in alignment. I feel completely relaxed and stress free at 35 weeks pregnant. If you’re thinking about getting the massage, just do it! Best decision I’ve made for self-care during my pregnancy. Vivian is a scam artist. I do not recommend going here for anything other than a Groupon, and even for that I’d be weary. After going to her for a Groupon massage, I purchased one of her packages of massages. However, I contacted her three days later notifying her that I needed a refund due to unforeseen circumstances. She said no. I hadn’t signed anything stating no refunds (or been told by her there were no refunds previously for that matter) and I had not received any of the massages yet. I had an extremely disturbing and unacceptable experience using a Groupon for a prenatal massage, and I feel compelled to warn others about Vivian. From the moment I arrived, the experience was unprofessional. Vivian showed up late, and while she initially seemed kind, things quickly took a turn. Vivian is AMAZING! Her body work is top notch and her communication was consistent and informative every step of the process. Not only is her work wonderful, but Vivian has a knack for making you feel comfortable and welcome within the first conversation. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and cares about you and your journey. I went in for a prenatal session. It was the first time in years I took the time to prioritize myself and I will definitely be coming back. Truly such a wonderful experience.
