John is a great PM. He helped me out of a bind the previous PM and renter put me in. I dumped a lot of projects on him and he was able to knock it out of the park and get my property rented. My property is not typical and requires some additional foresight and knowledge (waterfront with dock+lift). John was able to leverage his industry contacts to limit liability and ensure tenants are happy. Very happy with RPM, sailfish coast!
