We had a sudden relocation that had us applying for homes to rent in the Fredericksburg area. House is beautiful on the inside with nice river views outside
Took months to write a lease and it was clear that this company has never even seen a lease before. RPM will certainly write the contract to protect themselves, but they will try to screw anyone else over. They will occasionally ghost you check on a status after a few days (on something they are delinquent on). I can't imagine what could have happened if we would have gotten under contact and an issue occurred on the property - the poor owners would have likely had a hefty bill due to RPM negligence.
