Londi is one of the best people I’ve ever worked with. She took the time to fit my schedule and was extremely understanding when things went crazy. She was so accommodating when is came to me being picky and found beautiful options that fit all my requests. Hands down have nothing but love for her. She’s the only person I recommend when someone asks me for a realtor suggestion.
Unfortunately, the claim of 24/7 services for tenants is false. I have been without heat starting on Friday morning. I performed basic checks and submitted the meld @ 1:30pm. No one reached out to me until I made a call on Sunday morning. Then Sunday around 4:30pm I received this message. "Good afternoon, Thank you very much for providing us with additional details of the issue. One our maintenance coordinators will follow up with you tomorrow morning. Our offices are closed over the weekend. Thank you”
