Horribly run property management company. They rent to lowlife individuals that live like pigs. They don’t inspect the properties to make sure that they’re not being trashed. Ever since they took over property management for the apartment complex next-door to my house it’s been awful. Apartments are trashed, lots of noise, trash thrown throughout the neighborhood, I even had a kitchen bag of human feces wipes thrown in my backyard twice. I wanted to take a minute to give a shout out to Skye. I had some repairs which needed to be completed and had been taking awhile to complete. I was informed she took over for scheduling maintenance and she immediately scheduled the repairs the same day and the issues will be resolved within the same week. Great job Skye! Thank you so much.
