I am writing this review as a business owner, who understands the implication of feedback, both from the positive and negative side of things. Often, you read about people's experience in the hands of unscrupulous vendors, and you asked yourself a question, why are some people so heartless? No one does any yard work it looks like hell front and back all they do is collect rent nothing else
Honestly, don't bother with this company if you are out of town. They will take your property pretend that they are the executor. None of the tenants will be signing the contract with you, which exposes you to other liability issues. They did not take care of pest issues or repairs. They won't respond your messages and will insist that they are "the best". On top of that, after termination, they will withhold your tenants rent and will not give you the money and completely ignore your request to return the rental income. All... read more
