Do not rent here. Owner of this company is a complete a**hole. They hustle you with poor performance hvac units and living condition. Owners have no care whatsoever about your living condition. Poor heaters with poor electricity. (If you have space heater, your electricity will get cut off because it does not have enough supply) Terrable insulation, low water pressure.
