We had birds beginning to nest in our dryer vent (European Starlings, for those keeping score). I made a short post in the Bowmanville Facebook Group and was immediately messaged by Sam reaching out to help. A quick few messages of details and a very fair quote was settled on. He came the next day after doing work in the city as he said he would. I thought I could hear something in the wall and called Real Pest Management after getting his info from our community Facebook page. Sam came that day and did "his thing". Looked in the 2 attic areas, saw evidence of mice, nothing severe, but started the process to get rid of them. After talking, I'm also going to get my house sprayed for spiders as well, I can't stand walking out the door into a web! Sam was very personable, knowledgeable in his field and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him.🙂
