Yes, Frank seems to be a real nice guy when you first meet him. In the end couldn’t come up with the financing he assured us he had just a day or so before the closing was scheduled. This cost us a lot of money, extreme inconvenience., and turmoil. Oh, also Frank stiffed us out of our escrow money by not EVER depositing the money in escrow. He failed to respond to our requests for compensation. Not such a great guy after all. *** be skeptical of the title company he uses as well
Frank is a kind and honest person that is very flexible and trustworthy. He went above and beyond for my sale of my house in golden gate estates which went smoothe and easy for me . I would recommend his company for all to use !!
