Real offer made good on every promise they made. Was a very smooth transaction. The ladies at the title company responded in a timely manner when I had questions as well as the folks at Real Offer. The only hiccup was the proceeds from the sale did not hit our account until the day after closing but other than that all was good.
Working with Real Offer has been the easiest thing about our probate/estate case. They were professional, fast, and very nice people. I recommend them for a fast and easy closing.
Highly would not recommend, save your time and effort and avoiding this company.
