This was probably one of the most unprofessional experiences I've had. This wasn't with the owner, but a different woman working the front area. I took a silver watch into their store to get a few links removed, and was told they don't work with watches. I didn't know that beforehand and I was fine leaving it at that. However, this lady continued to ask questions about the watch that gave off the impression that she was assuming it was cheap and cheaply made, which is not the case.
