Kari helped us design and make my engagement band from a family ring, and my fiancés wedding band and did the most BEST job. She was so helpful and answered all questions we had. This jewelry store is my number one recommended place because not only are the prices very well and affordable but also because the staff is extremely friendly willing to work with you and your schedule. I got my fiance's engagement ring here for a wonderful price however it was a little too big so I had to take it back to get it resized and they held it for me an extra couple days because of my schedule. Brought some family rings in the get the diamonds reset into a wedding band for myself. Kari outdid herself. She sent me the most perfect design. So fairly priced, and such a good turnaround time. She even bought the unused diamonds from the original ring and put it towards my total. If you're looking to get custom jewelry done in Missoula, GEM is the place!

Horrible people I took two rings in and they destroyed both of them ,and then I just wanted my money back and they said no they don't do that and they would fix them for free ,how is it free when I already payed ,they are as much of a jeweler as I am ,would never recommend them to anyone ,ugh horrible people !!
