They can't manage to remove gel polish without sanding the natural nail down to nothing. Not going back.
I personally don’t recommend anyone going. They definitely don’t clean properly or sanitize their equipment! I got fungus on two fingers, I will not be going back! I’ll need 6-8 months for my nails to heel
Customer service as pretty good, however I came in for a fill and every nail was a different length, and oddly shaped uneven and thick ! I kept explaining to the girl doing it what was wrong with them and she just didn’t get it ! The owner kept asking what was wrong and if I was happy with them and after explaining so many times I just gave up! Paid full price $115 for fill and pedicure and went the next day elsewhere to get them fixed ! Shout out to orchid nails for fixing it!
