Our fireplace fan stopped working after 13 months, and we tried to call for a repair. The told my fiancé late December and when I called they said January 3. I called to confirm and they said oh no, it’s a Tuesday. I’ve taken 2 days off work and it’s super frustrating for the goal post to keep being moved. I suggest going else where.
Not a good fireplace service experience for us.
Great service and pricing. We bought two fireplaces and are very pleased with the quality. Would definitely recommend using real lighting and fireplaces.
Further to my previous review, I went to the show room and spoke to the manager. He was very polite, professional, and concerned about my experience. I thank him for listening carefully to my entire complaint and his willingness to take it up with his service employee.
