We hired Jay and his team to repair some dry rot, repair a french door and paint our home. The workers were very polite and hard working. However, we experienced poor communication with Jay when we had questions or concerns. The billing process was unclear, confusing and at times incorrect. The timeliness of project completion was poor, there was garbage left for days in our yard, concerns about proper lead abatement and the final paint job was unacceptable. More than disapointed. Real Improvements recently finished sealing the floor in my garage. It was a great experience from start to finish. The final product looks great. When there was a delay in the shipment of materials Jason gave me a discount and then offered to help me move my stuff back in the garage. I highly recommend this company.
They did a great job of fixing textured paint. The two painters were quick, thorough, and nice to work with. The work is well done.
