This was my very first yoga experience. It won’t be my last. The facility seemed very large and well lit for a studio. The instructor was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel there were any judgments on my disabilities etc. The mats and equipment were very clean and sanitary. Bathrooms and showers were very well lit clean and sanitary. I really enjoyed that is directly across the street from the UDF for my extra large recovery malt/milkshake!
When I injured my wrist and wanted to avoid using it completely, Chris amazingly modified the workouts to accommodate. An impressive task considering you use your wrists in some way or another for almost any weight bearing exercise. This just speaks to the knowledge and resources available at REAL Human Performance.
