I love this place. I recently joined and could not be happier. Clean facility & the staff are beyond friendly. My favorite instructor is Jo, but they’re all great. Very challenging, but the instructors are excellent to modify and encourage listening to your own body. No judgement. So glad I joined.

I took a class while visiting the area and was surprised and a bit disappointed to find that it turned out to be a Bikram class. It was described as “Real Hot 21,” and at no point in the title or description was it clearly identified as a traditional Bikram class. Having practiced Bikram regularly in the past, I know it’s not a style I currently enjoy, and I likely wouldn’t have signed up. I love this place! I’ve been coming here since I moved in 2020 on and off. I love the versatility of their classes they offer, as well as each instructors own personal flair they add to the class! All of them are very helpful and friendly as well. Tonight an unfortunate event happened to me: my car window was smashed and some valuables were stolen - even though my car was parked directly across the street, under a streetlight and within direct view of the lobby!
