I have been going to Real Hot Yoga in Frisco for a couple of years now, and it is by far my favorite place to go. I train Muay Thai and skateboard on a daily basis, which are both physically demanding and pretty hard on my body. I started coming to Real Hot Yoga for the restorative yin class to stay healthy while competing, and over time, I started doing the power yoga as well, which helps with stability and balance, and is a great core workout. Yesterday I attended my first heated sculpt class with Charles. Let me say this was one of the best workouts I had! Everyone at the studio was so friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very welcomed and truly am looking forward to my next class. If you’re looking for a studio in the area this is the one!
When I first walked into this studio over two years ago, I had never really done yoga before and wasn’t sure what to expect. Since then, it has become one of my favorite places to be. The instructors are knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely care about helping everyone succeed. My all time favorite is Raj, but all the other instructors I’ve taken - Charles, Wendy, Faiza, Karina, and Keya - are also great! They all offer a different style, structure, or mood.
