Loved my first class here! I took the Real Hot 25 with Raj! I love Raj! My husband & I have practiced the Bikram series for years & when we saw she was teaching here, we booked! Clean studio & friendly staff!

I really have loved this studio so much! I recently moved a bit further so I haven’t been in a while but if you’re looking to feel empowered and strong, I highly recommend booking a class with Raj. She is very personable and inviting and looks out for you throughout the class. Everyone who works at the studio is very kind.

I just took Kristine’s hot power 60 minute yoga class. And it was one of the best flows I’ve ever practiced. She is great at giving instruction and transitioning this seamless. Thank you so much for an amazing Sunday morning class.

I Took tone and sculpt with Raj on Saturday. It was a great class with a mix of traditional yoga and small weight training. Highly recommend!!!!
