Great spot to get your day going with progressively challenging hot yoga session. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and responsive to individual needs. Definitely worth visiting ...stretch, sweat and enjoy!

Who knew! I’ve been doing vinyasa yoga since 2019, but I had never tried real hot yoga until today. After my first session, I’m singing praises. I highly recommend it to everyone. I felt amazing and sweated like crazy Lauren Brenner was super awesome—attentive, instructive, and great with newbies like me. 10 stars out of 5 #newrealhotflow
In all of my time living on this Earth, I have never taken a yoga class….that is until now. I decided to give Red Hot Yoga a try and I’m glad I did. Matt greeted me at the entrance and has a super welcoming energy, he really keeps the studio clean and crisp too. I didn’t know what to expect for my first time, but the instructor Allie had a calming presence and taught in an easy to understand way. I started to pick up on the lingo as the class went on.
