I went to Real Health for an HB blood test on Wednesday. Unfortunately, the experience was quite uncomfortable. The staff member taking my blood inserted the needle painfully, and I felt more discomfort than I expected during the procedure. It’s now been several days and I still have a bruise and soreness on my arm. Although I understand bruising can sometimes happen, the amount of pain and the lasting mark suggest the technique may not have been ideal.
