Staff were friendly, doctor saw me I'm a super timely manner. No complaints at all when I come here
This place does not deserve even a one star rating. You wait an eternity just to walk in and to have the doctor interrupt you when you’re expressing what’s wrong, downplay all of your symptoms, talk to you like you’re an idiot, and simply prescribe you a medication without caring about the root of the problem. Don’t go here if you have anything other than a simple cold because they will not help.
I love Dr Reka but the staff don't do bookings properly. He is my family physician and I still had to wait an hour while walk-ins went in before me. If I still have to wait why did I make him my family doctor. I could of just stayed a walk in.
They take great care of me. When I forget things they call me. The waiting room used to be packed but looks like they changed that. Dr Reka has always taken great care of me
Staff and doctor are friendly, but the wait times are unacceptable. The doctor spends far too much time per patient, often rambling, then disappears into his office for extended periods before seeing the next person. During my visit, there were only a couple of patients ahead of me, yet I waited over 30 minutes just for him to start, and then another 20+ minutes in the room with no communication. If time management can’t be improved, they should reduce bookings or stop taking walk-ins. Patients have schedules too.
