Last week, Tuesday, I needed to see a doctor immediately, and the wait time was incredibly long. When I finally got into the exam room, I explained my symptoms and he did not test me for Mono or strep, when I and a friend explained in detail how I was feeling. After that, he mansplained lymph nodes and the human body to me, when I already told him I was aware of them swelling. Really feels like he and his office cares about their patients. He has helped my partner and myself navigate difficult paperwork for insurance companies and always follows up if there are concerns. Wait times have improved greatly for appointments as well.
Staff were friendly, doctor saw me I'm a super timely manner. No complaints at all when I come here
