Absolutely terrible. 1 doctor for 100 patients they have 2 receptionists but one doctor… why? only God knows very inefficient and a waste of time.
Not a very good walk in clinic. Had to follow up to have forms sent and they never ended up sending the forms. Also missed a vaccination during pregnancy because of dr and receptionist rules.
I had to wait for 3 hours to see the doctor. This clinic is so racist that even if you come before 10 Canadians you will be the last to see the doctor due to your nationality. Receptionist is rude and clearly stop taking patients after 5:00pm. Worst experience ever.
ONE PATIENT PER 30 MINUTES. Just be aware of this. Don’t ask me how I was literally in there for 11 Minutes but had to wait 2 hours and 15 minutes to be seen. Maybe the doctor is taking naps in between patients?
