I received a 1-1.5 foot, lackluster arrangement that only had a few purple/orange flowers in it. It's completely different from the "Designer's Choice" that I purchased, which is supposed to be 24-36 inches tall (double) with large “red, white, and pink blooms.” NONE of these expectations were met. My delivery driver waited for 1.5 hours while the florist took their time to put the arrangement together. I’ve ordered from Kelley before, and her dried flower arrangements are truly one of a kind. This time, I ordered a fresh flower arrangement, and when DoorDash cancelled the order for no reason, I was devastated. Kelley went above and beyond, even after hours, to ensure I got my flowers and arranged free delivery herself. Her customer service and dedication are unmatched. 10/10 recommend!
