Great local gym for small group strength training. I’ve tried several places in the neighborhood, and this method works best for me. The trainers are attentive, motivating, and truly invested in your progress. The classes are challenging, well-structured, and fun. Highly recommend if you’re looking for effective training in a welcoming local environment.
RealFitness is incredible! They offer a huge variety of classes, and every workout is different, which keeps things fun and never boring. The coaches are top notch, very encouraging, and truly pay attention to each member. John Michael and Jesse are the ones whose classes I have attended so far, but honestly everyone is equally great. Fantastic trainers all around, and so much nicer than a big gym. Special shout out to McKenna who manages to be patient and kind while ALSO kicking my arse, my body has literally transformed over the last year:)
Real Fitness and Mckenna are the absolute best! Positive and encouraging vibes all around-highly recommend to anyone looking for top notch workouts in an inviting atmosphere.
Great gym! Best boxing class in the area and my favorite set of circuit training I’ve ever done. Love the trainers and other regulars and love John’s boxing class the most. Been coming for almost 5 years! Great mix of sparring, conditioning and 1:1 focus on fundamentals. Every class is different and you always find a way to make the most out of each one
