Luv this establishment! I had so much fun and learned alot from Steve and Lacey. They help you with your meal plans and you get fantastic workouts. Luv the punching bag! What a way to get all your stress out;)
Just completed the 6-Week Challenge. I had an amazing time attending classes. Lots of diet information and videos provided. Signing up for classes was simple. The vibe during class was motiviating, not intimidating. Fellow members are friendly. Looking forward to continuing my health and well being journey with RealFit! Highly recommend.

This place is incredible! The atmosphere is so warm, welcoming, and encouraging! The classes are always a great time. Even if you don't feel like you have the energy to start, by the end you are so re-energized that you feel like you could conquer the world! Steve and Lacey welcomed me from the start and both of them are incredible coaches and very approachable with any questions you may have. The 6 week program was an excellent experience thanks to both Lacey, and Steve! If I could give Lacey 100 stars I would! She is so motivating, supportive, and knowledgeable in both boxing and fitness. The class would not be the same without her! In addition, Steve created a personally crafted meal plan to maximize macros to protect the muscles we were building in class.
