This was a great experience, the classes were interactive and intense in a good way. Instructors were knowledgeable, helping with techniques and had strategies for different fitness levels. I lost the weight and am loving my increased strength and endurance.

I had one of the BEST times at Real Fit Kickboxing! I honestly didn’t expect to enjoy kickboxing as much as I did, but it completely exceeded my expectations. Lacey and Steve are phenomenal instructors—so encouraging, knowledgeable, and full of energy. They created such a fun, welcoming atmosphere that made the workout fly by. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, this is an amazing place to challenge yourself and have a blast while doing it. Highly recommend giving it a try—you won’t regret it!

I just completed my first six week program here at Real Fit and my experience has been great to say the least! The classes are set up for everyone, even if you have to modify a certain exercise. I have proudly lost 13 lbs and decided to stay on and continue my journey. Everyone is very welcoming and I’m excited to stay on. Thank you to all the coaches of Real Fit Kickboxing

Amazing coaches and people! No judgement and such a welcoming group. I finished my 6 weeks and I am staying until they get sick of me haha!

I enrolled for spring 6 week’s challenge. I absolutely love the classes with Steve and Lacey! The sessions are perfectly designed, super engaging, and really professional. I have finally found what I was looking for. I always have a great time and plan to continue for as long as I can. Highly recommend!
