it very wonderful experience with Real Eyes Optometry, there is front Reception her name is Susan,she got most nicest patient, she got most soft spoken when she deal with my son's eye and and telling my son, and I the detailing one by one, how to get the glasses and all the information and later on, when we pick up the eyeglasses, she was on her lunch. She knows that we need to pick up the item. She literally put her lunch out of the side. She get up and then helping us have No hesitation. It's very nice for you to do that~♡

I had a great experience at this clinic. The doctors and the staff were both professional and kind. Susan was welcoming and efficient, and she is very knowledgeable. Dr. Pati is thorough with the eye examinations. He also takes the time to answer questions and address concerns without being dismissive or rushing. Highly recommend!
Started having bent and wavy vision in my left eye. Called in as a first time patient and I was lucky to get an appointment within the next 2 hours. Dr. Pati diagnosed I had a retinal detachment and referred me to a specialist the next day. I had surgery 2 days later and this saved my vision.
I’m extremely glad I went to Real Eyes Optometry after being referred there by Urgent Care this morning. Urgent Care initially thought I didn’t need antibiotic eye drops, but the team at Real Eyes took a closer look and discovered my eye condition was worse than it appeared, so I finally got antibiotic eye drops!!!!! Susan, the eye tech and receptionist, greeted me when I arrived for my appointment. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful.
